What helps us answer

• The version of the app (Settings in the app) and the model of your device.
• What you did, what you expected and what you saw, with a screenshot if you can.
• For a town hall: whether it is self-hosted or in the cloud, and its version.

Never send a password, a token or a key: we never ask for one, and a town hall never needs one sent by e-mail.

Before you write

• The documentation answers the setup of a town hall and its connections.
• Security explains how actions and secrets are kept safe.
• The sandbox of the app keeps its towns on your device only: deleting the app deletes them. The privacy policy says what the site, the cloud and the apps keep.
